With over a decade of experience as a psychologist, I've worked in diverse settings, including non-profit organisations, public health institutions, and private practice. My journey has deepened a lifelong interest in yoga and meditation and inspired me to integrate principles of mindfulness, self-compassion and acceptance into my therapeutic work.
