Lauren offers a compassionate client-centred approach, seeking to understand each individual's unique lived experience. She believes in creating a safe non-judgemental space for clients to feel genuinely seen and heard. Respecting that each person is the expert of their own story, she works collaboratively with clients to move through challenges and towards their definition of holistic well-being.
With a degree in psychology and gender studies, Lauren has a range of experience working with children (including gifted children), adolescents, and adults throughout individual and group settings. She incorporates a variety of evidence-based therapies with particular interest supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, confidence, and self-esteem. Lauren is currently working as a registered provisional psychologist, completing her 2 year supervised internship.
