Dr Kevin O’Sullivan

Kevin lives and works in Port Macquarie. He is endorsed as a clinical and forensic psychologist and is an accredited supervisor for registrar psychologists. As well as being a member of The Group Psychology Practice, Kevin is a Senior Research Fellow and Associate Professor at the UNSW School of Psychology, where his current research is into trauma and stress in judicial work.

Kevin works to fit the therapy to the person and most often uses a Narrative Practice approach, working with both individuals and groups. His practice focuses on the positive outcomes the person wishes to achieve rather than on the problem-laden, unhelpful, self-view.
