I am passionate about supporting people experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout and the impact of trauma. At the heart of my work is creating a warm and genuinely caring therapeutic space where clients feel safe enough to take steps towards a meaningful life.
My approach is holistic whilst being grounded in evidence-based psychological practice. Alongside my clinical training, I bring over ten years of experience teaching meditation, yoga and breathwork. This means I pay close attention not only to thoughts and behaviours, but also to the nervous system — helping clients understand how stress shows up in the body and how to respond.
My work is primarily informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside somatic and mindfulness approaches. I support clients to build rich and meaningful lives, while learning practical ways to make space for challenging thoughts and emotions rather than being driven by them.
I also have experience as a school psychologist and work with children, adolescents and parents. When supporting children, I focus on helping them develop emotional awareness and regulation. It is important to me to work closely with parents, so they can carry forward what we are working on in the therapy room. My aim is not only to support the child in session, but to strengthen the wider support system around them.
Across all ages, my goal is to help clients move towards lives guided by their values rather than by past experiences or fear.
