Jo is a forensic psychologist who has worked in mental health inpatient and community settings for over a decade. Jo is a trauma therapist who views recovery as a wholistic process; she enjoys weaving brain and somatic body work into therapy so that long lasting positive changes can occur.
As a practitioner, she draws from an evidence-based transtheoretical framework that includes CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
